Return Policy
Our objective is to ensure your satisfaction so we have a flexible and responsive return and exchange policy. Please inspect all bumper covers prior to painting. If the part is incorrect or you notice a defect, please contact Bumpers Plus immediately.At our discretion, Bumpers Plus will either repair or replace the bumper cover at no additional charge.If the repair or replacement bumper cover cannot be provided within two (2) business days from the date of receiving the claim, Bumpers Plus will refund the full original purchase price of the defective bumper cover.
Our company is pleased to provide a full refund for all unused bumper covers returned in their original re-sellable condition within 30 days of original purchase. Contact Bumpers Plus to receive a Return Authorization and to schedule a return pick up. When we receive the returned bumper cover, Bumpers Plus will issue a credit to your account equal to the original purchase price.
A Restocking Fee may apply for products that are returned over 30 days from the original date of purchase, or that are not in original re-sellable condition.
Credits may not be given for products returned beyond 90 days from date of original purchase or that have been damaged as a result of accident, modification, abuse, improper handling, or improper installation.
