Limited Lifetime Warranty
What is covered
Your Bumpers Plus reconditioned OEM bumper cover is protected by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Bumpers Plus warrants its bumper covers to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the bumper cover is installed. If failure should occur simply provide proof of purchase to Bumpers Plus, and we will repair or replace the bumper cover at no additional charge. If the repair or replacement bumper cover cannot be provided within two business days from the date of receiving the claim, Bumpers Plus will refund the full original purchase price of the defective bumper cover.
Reimbursement of other costs incurred, including but not limited to installation labor, paint, or rental car charges, as a result of the failure of a Bumpers Plus bumper cover after it has been installed on the vehicle may be covered by this warranty if pre-approved by Bumpers Plus.
Limitations
This warranty does not include bumper cover failure resulting from accident, damage, abuse, improper handling, or improper preparation, painting or installation. Damage resulting from subsequent vehicle accidents is not covered. This warranty does not include commercial vehicles and is not transferable.
The total liability of the company for warranty claims shall be limited to the actual cost incurred up to a maximum of the original purchase price of the bumper cover. Bumpers Plus shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages arising out of the use of its bumper covers
